Refund Policy

At Vteach Learning Centre, we strive to provide the highest quality educational experience. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.
1. Monthly Tutoring Services
- Cancellation Notice: We require 30 days' written notice to cancel monthly tutoring services.
- Refunds: Refunds for prepaid monthly sessions will be prorated based on the cancellation date, provided the 30-day notice period has been satisfied.
2. Camps and Workshops
- More than 14 days before start date: Full refund minus a $25 administration fee.
- 7-14 days before start date: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before start date: No refund, but a credit may be applied to future programs at our discretion in cases of medical emergencies (medical note required).
3. Events and Competitions
Registration fees for events such as Spelling Bees or Math Competitions are generally non-refundable due to the administrative costs and limited spots available. Exceptions may be made for medical emergencies with documentation.
4. Missed Classes
- Student Absence: We do not offer refunds for classes missed by the student. For private tutoring, we may offer a makeup session if at least 24 hours' notice is given, subject to tutor availability.
- Centre Cancellation: If a class is cancelled by Vteach due to weather, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, a makeup class will be scheduled or a credit will be issued.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
