Position Overview: We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable Full-Time Exam Invigilators to oversee the administration of CELPIP exams. This role is perfect for individuals looking for stable, full-time employment. As a CELPIP Exam Invigilator, you will ensure a fair and comfortable testing environment, uphold exam security protocols, and provide support to test takers during their exam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up the examination room according to the provided guidelines.
• Check candidates’ identification and guide them through the sign-in process.
• Monitor candidates during the exam to prevent cheating and ensure compliance with exam rules.
• Address any issues or disruptions promptly and professionally.
• Collect and secure exam materials after the test.
• Provide a welcoming and calm atmosphere for all test takers.

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation is required.
• Available to work Wednesdays through Sundays, starting at 7:30 AM.
• Prior experience in an educational or testing environment is a plus but not required.

Compensation:

• Full-Time Hourly Rate: $15.00 per hour.
• 32-44 hours per week.
• Opportunities for performance-based increases.
