As an authorized test center for both CELPIP and IELTS, we are committed to ensuring the integrity and smooth administration of examinations. We are looking for motivated and dependable Exam Invigilators to join our team and play a critical role in supporting test-takers during their examination process.

Position Overview:
We are seeking full-time Exam Invigilators to oversee the administration of CELPIP and IELTS exams. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about maintaining high standards in a professional environment.

Work Schedule:

Regular Days: Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays

On-Demand Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays (as required)

Hours: Minimum of 30 hours per week

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $15.00 per hour

Additional Perks: Performance-based commission opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

Set up the examination room according to official guidelines.

Verify candidates’ identification and guide them through the sign-in process.

Monitor candidates during exams to ensure compliance with rules and prevent cheating.

Address any issues or disruptions promptly and professionally.

Collect and secure exam materials after the test.

Provide a calm and welcoming atmosphere for all test-takers.
